Risk Disclosure Statement

Digital assets are high-risk products. You may lose all or substantially all of your purchase value.

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

High Risk Notice: Digital assets are volatile and may lose all or substantially all of their value. Purchase of CHV involves technological, regulatory, market, liquidity, cybersecurity, and counterparty risks. Do not participate unless you fully understand these risks and can bear a total loss.

1. No Guaranteed Launch, Utility, or Adoption

Ecosystem features, gameplay integrations, token utility, and roadmap milestones may be delayed, modified, reduced, or never deployed.

2. Volatility and Total Loss

Token prices may fluctuate significantly with severe illiquidity. Market price, if any, may decline rapidly and may not reflect utility progress.

3. No Guaranteed Exchange Listing

There may be no secondary market. Any potential listing is uncertain and may be delayed, denied, suspended, or terminated.

4. Regulatory and Legal Risk

Laws, sanctions regimes, tax guidance, and regulatory interpretations may change rapidly across jurisdictions, potentially affecting token issuance, custody, transferability, and use.

5. Technology and Smart-Contract Risk

Bugs, exploits, oracle failures, dependency issues, bridge vulnerabilities, reorgs, and wallet incompatibilities may cause loss, delay, or inability to access tokens.

6. Cybersecurity Risk

Phishing, malware, private-key compromise, SIM-swapping, insider abuse, ransomware, and service attacks may cause permanent loss of assets or access.

7. Blockchain Network Risk

The underlying network may face congestion, fee spikes, censorship, outages, forks, validator failures, or consensus faults that affect settlement and availability.

8. Counterparty and Vendor Risk

KYC providers, custodians, cloud infrastructure, exchanges, and payment processors are external dependencies whose disruption may affect operations and settlement.

9. Treasury and Execution Risk

Business execution, runway, vendor performance, legal costs, and operational planning may differ materially from expectations.

10. Tokenomics and Dilution Risk

Unlock schedules, treasury actions, incentives, grants, and protocol changes may impact circulating supply, demand dynamics, and market pricing.

11. Governance and Upgrade Risk

Governance outcomes, multisig controls, and upgrade paths may concentrate decision power and may not align with individual holder expectations.

12. Tax Risk

Tax treatment can be uncertain and may change retroactively. Tax liabilities may arise even without realizing fiat proceeds.

13. Force Majeure and Operational Risk

Events outside reasonable control, including sanctions escalation, internet outages, disasters, or government actions, may delay or prevent service delivery.
