Contractual Notice Rule

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, notices are treated as received on actual delivery, or for email delivery, when no bounce-back is received.

Complaint Escalation Flow

  1. Submit issue with account email, wallet address, and timestamp evidence.
  2. Support triages whether the issue is technical, compliance, or legal.
  3. Compliance/legal teams may request additional identity or transaction evidence.
  4. Outcome is provided with next-step guidance where legally permissible.
