1. Restricted Persons
A Restricted Person includes any individual or entity that is sanctioned, embargoed, disqualified by law, non-compliant in KYC/AML review, using evasive wallet behavior, or otherwise creating legal/compliance risk for the Issuer.
2. Restricted Jurisdictions
Unless explicitly approved in writing after jurisdiction-specific legal review, participation should be treated as unavailable in: (a) the United States and U.S. Persons, (b) the United Kingdom retail market, (c) the European Economic Area, (d) Singapore, (e) Hong Kong, (f) comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions, and (g) any jurisdiction where offering or selling the token would require uncompleted registration, licensing, filing, or approval steps.
3. No Circumvention
Circumvention through VPNs, nominee structures, front persons, shell entities, undisclosed principals, or false declarations is prohibited and may result in cancellation and permanent exclusion.
4. Continuing Obligation
Eligibility is ongoing. If your status changes, you must stop participating immediately and notify the Issuer.
5. Reservation of Rights
Access may be restricted based on geolocation, sanctions screening, wallet analytics, compliance review outcomes, and legal obligations. Technical access does not create a right to participate.
